Not much

Not much going on to update. I did see the doctor on Monday and Pickle is fine. The high rubella antibodies are old so no danger to the baby. Also, no bitching about weight gain so all in all a good checkup.
It's report card time at work so I'm crazy busy until Friday. I have mastered the art of not really saying anything in 5 paragraphs.
P has her open lesson today so I get to go watch her for half an hour this morning. She's excited. But she told me not to wear my work shirt. What's that about!?!

Mwah!
Sassymoo.

Yay about the rubella result. That's a load off. Good luck getting the report cards done. Cupcakes look scrumptious.

LOL about "not really saying anything" in the report cards. When I was an eiakaiwa teacher and had to do those, I used a lot of "big words" and long sentences like, "He is amazingly attentive when it comes to our opening introductions for each chapter in the BLUE WIZARD textbook!" I knew the parents didn't really speak English and would just be pleased with the exclamation marks. Still a chore though...

Great about the Rubella outcome and that Pickle is doing fine. Dr's all over the world are the same in that they seem to take enjoyment in scaring pregnant women. Too fat, too thin, you're having a big baby, no you're having a small baby, you're suffering from this condition....oh wait no you're not... blah blah blah. As a former pregnant woman who was told i would lose my baby one month but then told it was perfectly fine the next, i raise my hand and bitch slap all the ob/gyn's of the world!
Good luck with the report card writing. Wish you could tell parents exactly what you think of their kids. Too sugar coated and PC these days. Cupcakes look scrumptious by the way.
Princess P is a cutie. When do you find out if Pickle has a dickle?
All the best

At an eikaiwa I worked we had to mark points on grid of circles for alleged achieved skills and then join them to make a star...J-staff would give them back if the star was wonky...it was ALL about a perfectly balanced star...bugger the zero writing skills for the child who drew Pokemon on the ABC copy sheets..
